Case Study · Brand & Web Design

Named, designed, and
built to belong.

Inclusion Oriented provides developmental-disability services across Omaha — day programs, community integration, residential support — certified under Nebraska’s HCBS Waiver. Families find them at a stressful, high-stakes moment. They needed more than a website: a name, an identity, and a home online that feels as capable and caring as the work itself. We built all of it.

The brief

A mission this important can’t look uncertain.

Developmental-disability services get chosen by families at a hard moment — often while navigating the state waiver system for the first time. The brand had to do three jobs at once, and do them the instant someone lands on the page.

Trust
State-certified care has to read as credible and established at a glance.
Warmth
Families arrive stressed — the brand has to feel human, never clinical or cold.
Access
The audience includes people with disabilities. The site has to work for everyone.
What we built

From a blank page to a whole identity.

Naming, brand, and website — designed as one system so the thing looks and works like it was made by people who cared about the mission. Because it was.

01

A name that carries the mission

We named the organization Inclusion Oriented — then shortened it to the warmer, more ownable Incori, under the line “Ground for Strength.” One word that says exactly what they stand for, easy for a family to remember and say out loud.

02

A brand system built for trust and warmth

An optimistic azure-and-cyan palette, lifted with warm ember and crimson accents over a grounded charcoal — pulled together into a signature gradient that runs right across the hero headline. Hopeful, human, and credible all at once. Inter Variable gives it clean, highly legible type that holds up from a headline down to fine print.

03

Accessible by design, not as an afterthought

For an audience that includes people with disabilities, accessibility was a starting requirement, not a cleanup task. Semantic structure, keyboard navigation, strong color contrast, and a fast, hand-coded build with zero page-builder bloat — a site that works for everyone who lands on it.

04

A structure that guides families

Ten developmental-disability programs, organized so a family can find the right service fast — with an unmistakable “Request Services” path and a resources hub for people navigating Nebraska’s HCBS waiver system for the first time.

The system

A palette and a voice, start to finish.

Every color and character was chosen to feel hopeful and trustworthy — and to hold up against accessibility contrast standards, not fight them.
