I started in law enforcement, then walked away from a corporate world I never fit into. Since 2015 I’ve been helping small business owners start and grow.

Along the way I built a social media brand to just under a million followers and monetized it into a strong monthly income — which forced me to learn LLCs, taxes, S-corp decisions, and entity setup firsthand, with real money on the line.

I’ve started and run three of my own businesses: Beardman Design (6–7 years building marketing, websites, conversion, and analytics for owners like you), a law-enforcement e-commerce brand, and an in-home bakery my wife and I run together. I’ve also been through a business lawsuit — and come out the other side.

And when there’s a question I can’t answer directly, I’ve got a bench of attorneys, CPAs, and coaches who work with much larger clients. So you’re never stuck waiting on an answer.

Do I need to be in Omaha?

No. Coaching runs virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere. If you are local to Omaha, in-person sessions are a bonus — but they are never required.

Is there a contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no penalty, no long-term commitment. The work should keep earning its place.

What if I don’t know my numbers yet?

That is normal, and it is part of the work — not a reason to wait. Getting clear on your numbers is one of the first things we do together, because you can’t grow what you can’t see.

Are you a CPA or attorney?

No — I’m a coach and operator, not a licensed CPA or attorney, and coaching is not legal, tax, or financial advice. But I’ve navigated entities, S-corp elections, payroll, taxes, and financing firsthand, and I keep a bench of attorneys and CPAs for anything that needs a licensed professional.
