A dated site, rebuilt to own local search across the metro.
Vent Revive cleans air ducts and dryer vents across Omaha and Lincoln. Their old site was a heavy WordPress theme — mediocre speed, thin local SEO, and lead capture bolted onto a third-party booking tool, so leads came in unattributed. We rebuilt it into a fast, custom site that ranks across a 16-city metro and turns every form fill into an instant, fully-tracked lead — without losing any of the paid-search machinery already running.
A heavy template that couldn’t compete locally.
A home-services company lives or dies by local search and fast lead response. The old build was slow, ranked thin, and handed lead capture to a third-party tool — so leads arrived unattributed, and the paid-search machinery couldn’t see what was actually working.
A local-search engine and an automated lead platform.
Rebuild it fast and data-driven, make it rank the way people actually search, and turn every form fill into an instant, attributed lead.
A static-first, data-driven rebuild
We rebuilt the whole site hand-coded and prerendered, served from a global edge network with near-zero JavaScript. The entire content layer — services, cities, reviews, and business details — lives in one structured source of truth, so adding a city or service is a data edit, not a template rewrite, and the schema, sitemaps, and internal links all stay in sync automatically.
16 city pages that read as real local pages
Not doorways. Each of the 16 city pages carries genuinely unique local content — neighborhoods, housing stock, a location-specific angle — plus a full schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb) and intent-targeted FAQs built to surface in People-Also-Ask and AI Overviews.
A migration that lost nothing
Every legacy WordPress URL was mapped to a 301 redirect, and two lost blog guides were rebuilt at their original slugs to reclaim their indexed URLs instead of 404ing them. A clean sitemap and strict canonical discipline followed — verified against Google Search Console until 100% of pages were indexed.
A lead pipeline captured three ways
Every form fill fires an instant owner alert (with one-tap call, text, and email), a branded customer auto-reply, and a signed webhook to the CRM — plus a backup so nothing is ever lost. Ad clicks are captured on landing and rendered right in the owner email as a readable “Paid ad — campaign · keyword” line, so every lead is attributed end-to-end.
The tracking stack, off the critical path
The hard part of a fast marketing site is the third-party tag soup. We defer it — roughly 470 KB of analytics and tag scripts load only on the first interaction, so they never block first paint. Consent Mode v2 keeps the ads modeling correctly and compliantly (opt-in where required, opt-out where allowed), and conversions fire race-proof so none get silently dropped.
A cutover that broke nothing
We moved DNS to fix an apex deep-link bug (old links were 404ing), and preserved the business email throughout — the owner’s mailbox never dropped a message during the switch. Deep links fixed, canonicals enforced, nothing false or broken shipped.
#1 in five towns. Every lead tracked.
From a domain rebuilt only months earlier — measured performance, Search Console coverage, and localized rank tracking.
