Your website is losing sales
before it finishes loading.
The Sub-Second Rebuild is a fixed-price, 60-day rebuild of your website — engineered to load in under a second, rank in the map pack, and get cited by AI search. One price. One timeline. Performance guaranteed in writing.
The Blueprint is a written plan — what’s broken, what it’s costing you in real dollars, and exactly what we’d build. Yours to keep either way, and credited in full toward your rebuild.
250+ businesses · 98% client retention · 11+ years · Google Partner · 5.0 stars from 32 owners
The traffic is already there. It’s just not converting.
Here’s what we found on an Omaha insurance agency’s site last year:
They weren’t losing to a competitor with better marketing. They were losing to a loading spinner.
That’s the part most owners never see. You don’t get a report that says “41 people wanted to hire you today and left before your homepage appeared.” You just quietly get fewer calls than you should, and you assume the market’s slow.
It isn’t. Your site is.
One product. One price. Sixty days.
This isn’t a menu. It’s a rebuild — the whole thing, done right, on a fixed scope and a fixed date.
- Hand-built, no page builders. No WordPress bloat, no 40 plugins fighting each other, no theme you’re renting. Static-first on our performance stack.
- Sub-second load times. Guaranteed in writing. See below.
- Full local SEO foundation. Google Business Profile, schema markup, and location + service architecture built to rank — not bolted on later.
- AI search readiness. Clean entity data, structured content, and machine-readable authority signals so you show up when someone asks an AI instead of Google.
- Conversion tracking that actually fires. Calls, forms, and revenue tied back to source. You’ll know which dollar produced which customer.
- A lead system that alerts you instantly. Not an email that lands in spam three hours later.
- You own all of it. Code, hosting, ad accounts, analytics, data. Day one. Forever. Even if we part ways.

Fixed price. Fixed scope. Anything outside the scope is a written change order at $175/hr — quoted and approved before we touch it. No surprise invoices. Ever.
It pays for itself faster than you think.
Drag the slider. Most rebuilds cover themselves inside the first quarter — and then keep earning.
We put the number in the contract.
Your rebuilt site will score 95+ on Google Lighthouse and load its main content in under 1.5 seconds on mobile — or we keep working, at no charge, until it does.
That’s not marketing language. It’s a measurable, third-party-verifiable number you can check yourself on launch day, using Google’s own free tool. We won’t guarantee rankings — anyone who does is either lying or about to. But speed and technical foundation are entirely within our control, so we carry that risk instead of you.
The rules changed. Your site was built for the old ones.
More and more of your customers aren’t scrolling ten blue links anymore. They’re asking an AI who the best roofer in Omaha is — and taking the answer.
Sites built in 2019 are structurally invisible to that. Content buried in JavaScript. No schema. No clean entity data. Nothing a machine can read, verify, or cite.
Here’s the uncomfortable part: the clicks you lose to an AI answer don’t come back. There’s no algorithm update that returns them. The businesses getting named in those answers are the ones being rebuilt right now — and once an AI has learned who the authority is in your category, dislodging it is a fight you’d rather not have.
That’s not an add-on in this rebuild. It’s a large part of why the rebuild exists.
Google now scores how well an AI agent can read a site. Every build we ship is engineered to pass it — Gretna Irrigation and Lastovica Masonry both score a perfect 2/2, where their old sites scored 0–1. It’s a claim most agencies can’t make because they’ve never checked.
Numbers that showed up on someone’s bottom line.
80.8s → 2.6s mobile load. 22 MB → 0.6 MB. Lighthouse SEO 85 → 100. Roughly 31× faster.
Full case study → Outback Construction — Marine constructionFrom 12 clicks a month on page five to competing for 6,764 monthly searches.
Full case study → JK Fencing — Google Ads$72.60 cost per acquisition. 36% below their target CPA on live spend.
Full case study →“I was spending money to gain online traction and getting nowhere. After Tyson rebuilt my website and I got some 5-star Google reviews, the calls started coming in. It took some time — but it worked. I’d absolutely refer him — the problem is most of my friends are other health insurance agents, so I’m not telling them a thing!”
“I didn’t believe a website was something I needed — until I met Tyson. I was busy and figured I had enough leads, but he proved me wrong. It brings in a ton of additional leads and builds confidence with the customer before we even meet. Do it sooner than later.”
A foundation as solid as the ground it stands on.
Four steps. No mystery.
The Blueprint ($1,500, credited back)
We audit your site, your market, and your competitors, then hand you a written plan: what’s broken, what it’s costing you in real dollars, and exactly what we’d build. It’s yours to keep and act on — with us or without us. If you move forward, the full $1,500 comes off your build.
Design & build (45–60 days)
Hand-crafted, engineered for sub-second loads and zero layout shift. You review at two checkpoints. No black box.
Launch & measure
We verify the guarantee numbers in front of you, wire up tracking, and confirm every lead path works — including the email deliverability most sites are quietly failing at.
Grow (optional)
If you want ongoing SEO and paid search after launch, retainers start at $3,500/mo, month-to-month. No lock-in. 98% of our clients stay anyway.
The questions every smart owner asks.
Why is this $22,500 when a guy online will do it for $2,000?
Because you’re not buying the same thing, and the price gap is the smallest part of the difference. A $2,000 site is a template with your logo dropped in, built on a page builder that ships four megabytes of code to load a photo of a truck. No tracking, so you’ll never know if it works. No schema, so search engines and AI can’t tell what you do or where. And in 18 months when it breaks, the person who built it is gone. Here’s the math that matters: if one new customer is worth $3,000 to you, this rebuild needs to produce eight customers over its lifetime to pay for itself. Eight — over three to five years. Most of our builds do that in the first quarter. The cheap site isn’t cheaper; it just moves the cost somewhere you can’t see it — into the calls you never got.
Can’t I just speed up the site I have?
Sometimes. If the foundation is sound, we’ll tell you that in the Blueprint and quote you a much smaller number — we’ve done it. But most slow sites aren’t slow because of one bad image; they’re slow because of how they were built, and you can’t optimize your way out of the wrong foundation. You’ll spend $4,000 getting from 80 seconds to 40.
I don’t have time for a website project.
Total time required from you: about four hours across sixty days. Two review calls and a content handoff. We’ve done this 500 times; the process is built around the fact that you have a business to run.
What if I already rank fine?
Then you have more to lose than most. Ranking well on a slow site means you’re paying for traffic — in effort or in ad spend — and losing a chunk of it at the door. That’s the most expensive position to be in.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Code, hosting, domain, ad accounts, analytics — all of it was yours from day one. No hostage situations, no month-to-month leverage. Retainers are month-to-month for the same reason.
We turn down work that isn’t a fit. It’s why retention is 98%.
This is a fit if you…
- Run a service business doing $1M+ and your site doesn’t reflect it
- Know you’re getting found but not getting called
- Are spending on ads that land on a slow page
- Want one person accountable, not an account manager
This isn’t a fit if you…
- Need a five-page brochure site and nothing more
- Want the cheapest option available
- Want rankings guaranteed in 30 days
